Fandom Friday: Yu-Gi-Oh-Finding the Heart of the Cards
So when I was a little girl I would see the commercials for Yu-Gi-Oh on Saturday morning cartoons and I would just turn off the TV when the show came on and go on with my day. So while my boyfriend and I were cleaning his closet at the beginning of our relationship we stumbled upon books of Yu-Gi-Oh cards and I made fun of him for having all these cards and for liking the show. My boyfriend asked me last night if I wanted to watch the Yu Yu Hakusho. Except when he said it I thought he said the “you you hacka show”. Not knowing what this was … I looked at him like he was crazy. Turns out that this is an Anime. One that can be found on Hulu. Yu Yu Hakusho is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.
